Situated on the first floor, this cosy apartment has an open plan kitchen/lounge/diner. The well equipped kitchen area is separated from the lounge/dining room by a breakfast bar and includes an electric cooker, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. The lounge has a colour TV, radio and coal-effect electric fire.
There is one double bedroom and lovely views of the magnificent acers and other trees.
Rawlinson - sleeps 2 adults + 1 child
This first floor apartment is approached by a balustrade staircase and has a well equipped kitchen which includes an electric cooker, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. The spacious lounge/dining room has a colour TV, radio, coal-effect electric fire and lovely views over the gardens and hills beyond.
There is one bedroom with a double and single bed.
Woodside - sleeps 3
Woodside is a spacious first floor apartment. The large, elegant lounge/dining room has a colour TV, radio, coal-effect electric fire and a bay window overlooking the gardens, woodlands and Grizebeck Moor. The kitchen in well equipped and includes an electric cooker, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer.
There are two bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom and one single with separate hand basin and WC.
Chimneys - sleeps 4
This comprises a wing of the house on the second floor, with far-reaching views. The lounge/dining room is comfortable and has a colour TV, radio and coal-effect electric fire. The kitchen is well equipped and includes an electric cooker, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer.
There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded room.
